A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Bookings are not confirmed until the deposit has been paid and may be offered to another client without notice.
If you rebook the same treatment at your appointment, your deposit will roll over to your next booking. Otherwise, it will be deducted from your final balance.
Some appointments require a higher deposit amount, which will be advised at the time of booking.
Due to the nature of our services, limited space and insurance requirements, Lacuna Aesthetics is a child-free studio. We kindly ask that you attend your appointment alone.
Children old enough to sit independently in the waiting area are welcome; however, they remain the responsibility of their parent or guardian. Guests and children are not permitted inside the treatment room.
Arriving with a child who requires supervision will result in your appointment being rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.
Any cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours of your appointment, including rescheduling, will result in the loss of your deposit. A new deposit will be required to secure another booking.
Deposits may only be transferred once and must be used within four weeks of the original appointment.
Cancellations or appointment changes made on the day of your appointment will result in the loss of your deposit and 50% of the remaining balance being charged.
Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in the loss of your deposit and 100% of the service fee being charged. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 3 hours of the appointment time will be treated as a no-show.
Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled or treated within the remaining appointment time, in which case the quality of the treatment cannot be guaranteed.
If your card is saved on file, any applicable fees will be automatically charged.
Repeated late cancellations, no shows or rescheduling may result in full payment being required upfront for future bookings.
Due to high demand in December, cancellations or appointment changes made within 48 hours will incur a fee of 50% of the service fee in addition to the loss of your deposit.
Changes made within 24 hours will incur a fee of 100% of the service fee and your deposit will be forfeited.
Certain treatments require specific preparation, which will be advised at the time of booking or in your consultation form.
Failure to follow the required preparation instructions may result in your appointment being cancelled or rescheduled and your deposit forfeited.
Gift cards are valid for three years from the date of purchase and are not redeemable for cash.
All cancellation and no-show policies still apply when using a gift card, with any applicable fees deducted from the gift card balance.
